This document outlines what an Access Node is and how a WACAN Member can become one.
An access node is a POP that provides connectivity for edge nodes. (Definitions can be found at Type of WACAN Nodes ).

A WACAN access node (owned operated and/or just maintained by WACAN) is for the use of WACAN Members only and shall only route WACAN designated address space. This does not mean a member owned/maintained access node is prohibited to connect to other CANs.
